She is a frequent speaker at both national and international conferences and is known to be an engaging and motivational speaker for lectures and practical workshops.

Helen has provided full day workshops in the management of lipoedema in Sydney and Melbourne, and online lipoedema workshops for Far North Queensland Health and ALA.

Helen provides virtual mentorship to clinicians across Australia working with lipoedema sufferers (with written consent of the client)
